Does access to the simulator require prior experience?

No, no experience is required to access the simulator. Your pilot / instructor is there to accompany you throughout the session.

Will I actually pilot the simulator?

Absolutely, you will be the captain. You will be responsible for the entire take-off flight until arrival at the destination car park, under the control of your pilot / instructor.

Are flight programs monitored individually or in groups?

Each flight is done individually with your pilot / instructor.

Can we come accompanied?

Two seats located at the back of the cockpit allow to accommodate two people of your choice without supplement.

What is the minimum age to fly, I would like to offer a coupon to my child?

The minimum age for access to the simulator is 14 years. However, the recommended minimum size is 1.50m in order to take full advantage of all the functions of the cockpit.

Is the simulator on cylinders?

No, it's a fixed-base simulator. However, thanks to the panoramic 180 ° screen, the use of the real sounds of the aircraft and the air conditioning on the cockpit, you are in total immersion.

Can I leave with the video of my flight?

The simulator is equipped with a high definition camera. For a surcharge of 5 €, you can leave with the video of your flight on the support of your choice (USB key, supplied by your care or free DVD provided by Airline Experience). You can make the request when ordering the coupon, you can also buy it on the day of the flight.

What is the validity of flight coupons?

Flight coupons are valid twelve months after their date of purchase.

How do I book a flight?

All reservations must be made on the Airline Experience website.

Can I upgrade my coupon for a longer flight time?

Yes. Please call the Airline Experience Center to make this change (subject to availability of schedule).

What are the availability, do you always have room?

The simulator is available from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 21:00. However, it is best to book your flight two weeks in advance.

What do I get when I order a flight coupon online?

You receive by email a Airline Experience coupon in the form of a boarding pass. This coupon is sent to your address or to the address of the recipient you have specified.

Being a pilot, can I use your simulator for my compulsory flying hours?

Professional pilots come to maintain skills, however, the simulator is not certified at the moment, so the hours worked will not be officially taken into account.

Can we take pictures in the cockpit?

It is possible but you have the option to choose the recording of your flight in high definition which allows you to leave with the complete video of the flight and to be able to relive and share with your friends your flight.
